All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days after receiving the payment. Precise shipping information is crucial to avoid delays. We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods.

Vinyls are shipped from the Netherlands via our distributor Triple Vision. Shipping usually takes 4-8 working days for Europe and 2-4 weeks for long-distance shipments. You will receive the confirmation email with the tracking code once your order will be processed.

The rest of the merchandise including T-shirts, Tote bags, and scarves are shipped from Georgia via Georgian post. For orders shipped from Georgia, a flat shipping fare (€20) is calculated without the tracking number. If you want to receive a tracking code we will ask for an additional €10 to be added to your shipping fare. Estimated arrival time takes up to 2 weeks. (Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to process your order)

If your order contains products from both the Netherlands and Georgian stock, the shipping rate will be calculated during checkout and your order will be shipped separately. (Sometimes, Bandcamp may miscalculate the shipping rate based on one location, resulting in an insufficient shipping balance. If this happens, we may need to request an additional money transfer to cover the full shipping cost)
